At Magnolia Record Store, we want you to love every spin of your vinyl. If your purchase isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your records in their original protective mailer or equivalent sturdy packaging to ensure they are not warped or damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned vinyl for playback quality and sleeve condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
